Tasketeers Booking Terms

We’re excited to help you get things done. These simple terms make sure everything runs smoothly for both you and your Tasketeer.

Independent Contractors
Tasketeers are independent contractors who provide services through our platform. Each Tasketeer is responsible for performing their work safely, professionally, and with care.

Billing & Payment
You will only be billed after the service is completed, based on the time and services you booked. By booking, you agree to keep a valid payment method on file.

Additional Time or Materials
If your task requires more time or materials than originally booked, these will be billed accordingly. Your Tasketeer will communicate with you whenever possible before proceeding.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Plans change — we understand. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can adjust accordingly.

Access & Safe Working Conditions
Please ensure your Tasketeer has safe, clear access to the work area. Tasketeers may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe or significantly different from what was described.
